Refund Policy
How refund eligibility, download limits, payment reversals, and license access are handled.
Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Digital products are delivered quickly and can often be copied after download. Refunds are therefore reviewed individually and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Standard request window
Unless a project displays different approved terms, a buyer may submit a refund request within 7 days of payment and before exceeding the platform's configured download limit. The current default limit is shown during the request process.
Situations that may qualify
A refund may be considered when:
- The buyer was charged more than once for the same order
- Payment succeeded but the license was not delivered and support could not resolve it
- The purchased project materially differs from its published description
- The delivered files are unusable because of a confirmed platform or creator error that was not disclosed
- The creator or platform approves the request
Situations usually not eligible
A refund will normally be declined when:
- The buyer changed their mind after downloading the files
- The buyer did not read compatibility, dependency, or installation information
- The project does not work because of unrelated server configuration, conflicting software, or unsupported modifications
- The buyer's account or license was restricted for redistribution, abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity
- The request is outside the stated period or download limit
How to request a refund
Open Purchase Library, select the order, and use the refund request form. Explain the problem clearly and include relevant evidence. Do not initiate a chargeback before giving support a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider or recorded after provider confirmation. Processing time depends on the payment method, bank, and provider. After a full refund, the license and protected download access may be revoked immediately.
Chargebacks and reversals
A payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or suspected fraud may suspend the related license while the case is reviewed. Creator revenue connected to the transaction may be held or reversed.
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
