Terms of Use

The terms governing accounts, projects, purchases, licenses, creator sales, and use of EnderHaven.

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to EnderHaven. By creating an account, publishing a project, purchasing a license, or using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Automated account creation, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass account restrictions are prohibited.

2. Community conduct

You may not use EnderHaven to distribute malware, steal credentials, harass others, impersonate another person or organization, manipulate metrics, evade moderation, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

3. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of content they lawfully own. By publishing content, a creator grants EnderHaven the limited rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, promote, back up, and deliver the project through the service. Creators must have permission to distribute every included file, brand, image, dependency, and third-party component.

4. Project information

Descriptions, compatibility information, prices, dependencies, support promises, and screenshots must be accurate. Material limitations must be disclosed. EnderHaven may review, reject, suspend, archive, or remove projects that violate platform rules or create safety, legal, or payment risk.

5. Purchases and licenses

A purchase grants the buyer the license described on the checkout page; it does not transfer ownership of the project or source code unless the creator explicitly states otherwise. One-year, two-year, and lifetime plans may have different access conditions. Buyers must not redistribute paid files, resell access, share accounts, or circumvent download controls.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, fees, and totals are displayed before confirmation. A license is activated only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. Pending, failed, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged-back payments do not provide continuing access.

7. Refunds and disputes

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, creator terms, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may lead to license suspension and account review.

8. Service availability

EnderHaven may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of every project, or compatibility with every Minecraft, Java, proxy, server, or platform version.

9. Limitation of responsibility

Projects are supplied by independent creators. To the extent permitted by law, EnderHaven is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, server downtime, or damage caused by third-party projects. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes may be announced through the website or account notifications. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
